About the event
This will be my eigth teacher training to lead. I've trained over 100 teachers in the DFW market. Every time I am delighted with the experience. I am proud of the manual I have written for this training, although I admit I have an addiciton to editing it.
What you can expect with this training:
An overview of asana (poses)
Exposure to the history of yoga and the limbs within
Deep immersion in spiritual philosophies that are within yoga and congruent with science
Learning how to teach an amazing, sound, effectice Flow class and Slow class
